Subtle non-surgical refinements to the nose
Anti-wrinkle treatment can be used to make small, subtle changes to the appearance of the nose. Two of the most common areas are nostril flare (where the nostrils widen visibly when you smile or talk) and a drooping nose tip (where the tip of the nose pulls downward when you smile).
Treatment relaxes the small muscles responsible for these movements, softening the appearance during expression. The effect is subtle and works best on dynamic concerns, where the change you’re noticing happens with movement.
Nostril flare
Some clients are bothered by the way the nostrils widen when they smile or laugh. A small amount of treatment placed precisely into the muscle responsible (the nasalis) can soften this movement, leaving the nostrils sitting more naturally during expression.
Nose tip lift
The depressor septi muscle pulls the tip of the nose downward when you smile. Treatment to this muscle relaxes the downward pull, allowing the nose tip to sit more naturally throughout your range of expression. This isn’t a substitute for surgical rhinoplasty, but for the right candidate it’s a subtle, low-commitment improvement.
What to expect from your treatment
Following a free consultation, treatment involves one or two precise injections depending on the concern being addressed. The treatment itself takes only a few minutes, with no significant downtime.
Results and timing
Softening starts within five to seven days, with the full effect at around two weeks. Results typically last three months.
Realistic expectations
Anti-wrinkle treatment to the nose makes subtle changes to dynamic appearance. It doesn’t change the static shape of the nose at rest. If you’re hoping for a structural change to the bridge or shape of your nose, this treatment isn’t the right option, and I’ll always tell you so honestly at consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this change the shape of my nose?
Only during movement. The treatment softens the appearance of nostril flare or a downward-pulling tip when you smile or talk. It doesn’t change the static shape of the nose at rest.
Is this the same as a non-surgical nose job?
No. A non-surgical nose job uses dermal filler to alter the static shape of the nose. Anti-wrinkle treatment to the nose addresses dynamic movement only. The two are different treatments with different aims.
How long do results last?
Around three months for most clients.
How will I know if it's right for me?
At consultation, I’ll ask you to make the expressions you find unflattering, and we’ll look together at what’s driving the appearance you’d like to change. If anti-wrinkle treatment can help, we’ll discuss it. If a different treatment would be more effective, I’ll tell you so.
