Booking a free aesthetic consultation is the first step in your treatment journey. This appointment gives us time to discuss your goals, assess suitability, and create a personalised treatment plan in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. The consultation is free. We take a £30 booking fee to hold your slot, refunded in full or taken off your treatment.
Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, a £30 booking fee is taken at the time of booking.
If you’re booking a free consultation, the consultation itself is still completely free. The £30 simply holds your slot. If you go ahead with treatment, it comes off your total. If I can’t safely carry out the treatment you’re after, or you decide it isn’t for you, I’ll refund it in full.
Rescheduling
Just let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment and I’ll gladly move your booking to a new date, with your £30 carried over.
Cancellations
Cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice and I’ll refund your £30 in full.
Missed appointments
If an appointment is missed, or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, I’m not able to refund the £30. A missed appointment is a slot I can’t offer to anyone else, and at short notice there’s rarely time to fill it.
Running late
Please let me know as soon as you can. I’ll always do my best to still see you, but if there isn’t enough time left to do things properly we may need to rebook.
