If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice so that I can offer the time slot to another client.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of your £30 deposit.
- No-shows will also forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay upfront for future bookings.
