Anti-Wrinkle

Anti wrinkle treatments by a registered nurse

Anti-wrinkle treatments soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by gently relaxing targeted facial muscles. The result is a smoother, more rested look while still allowing your face to move and express naturally.

As a registered nurse, I take a careful, clinical approach. Every treatment is tailored to your facial anatomy, the way your muscles move, and the kind of result you’re hoping for. The aim is always subtle enhancement, never an over-treated or frozen appearance.

Appointments typically last between 30 and 45 minutes. Results usually last around three to four months, depending on individual factors. A complimentary review appointment is included at two weeks, with a free top-up if needed following assessment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do anti-wrinkle results last?

Most clients see results lasting around three to four months. The exact length varies based on metabolism, muscle activity, and lifestyle factors. Regular treatment can encourage longer-lasting results over time as the targeted muscles soften.

No. The whole approach is built around natural-looking results. The dose is tailored to your anatomy and the strength of your muscles, with the aim of softening lines while keeping movement and expression intact.

Most people start to see softening within three to five days. Full results are visible at around two weeks, which is when we’d see you for your complimentary review.

Most clients describe the sensation as a brief, mild pinch with each injection. The needles used are very fine and the treatment itself is over in a few minutes per area.

Used preventatively, the treatment can help slow the formation of deeper, static lines by limiting the repeated muscle movement that creates them. Whether prevention is appropriate depends on your skin, age, and expression patterns. We’d discuss this honestly during your consultation.

Treatment isn’t suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have certain neuromuscular conditions. We’ll review your full medical history during your consultation. If treatment isn’t appropriate, I’ll always tell you so.

What to expect during your appointment

Every booking begins with a free consultation. We’ll talk through the areas you’d like to treat, your medical history, and your aesthetic goals. If treatment is suitable, we can usually proceed in the same appointment.

The injection itself takes only a few minutes per area. Most clients describe a brief, mild pinch with each one. There’s no real downtime, although light bruising or mild redness is normal for a few hours.

A complimentary review is included at the two-week point, when results have fully settled. If a top-up is needed following clinical assessment, this is provided free of charge.
